Return Policy:
Please notify CG Custom Prints Immediately regarding any shortages or misprints. All returns will be reprinted, sorry no refunds will be given. All reprints need to be approved by staff and also returned to CG Custom Prints. Notice must be given within 24 hours of receiving goods.

Payment:
Half payment will be required before starting on your order.
We accept Personal/Company Checks, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card

Turn Around Time:
Normal turn around time will be 14 business days from time of first payment.
Rush Orders:
If you need your garments sooner than 14 days an additional fee of $100 will be charged.

Retuned Checks:
Customers will be charged a $50.00 fee for any returned checks.

Bring in Garments:
Customers that choose to bring in their own goods, will be charged per print as follows
1 Color-$4.00
2 Color-$4.50
3 Color-$5.00
4 Color-$5.50
CG Custom Prints is not liable for any loss of goods.

Color Matching:
At this time we do not offer pantone color matching, but we will try to match your color as best as possible

Color Changes:
A $10.00 fee will be charged per screen per location for ink color changes

Screen Fees:
Free Screen fee for on color prints each additional color will be charged $25.00 per screen

Big Sizes:
An extra charge will be added when ordering sizes 2XL-6XL

Shipping:
Interisland Shipping will be shipped Young Brothers or UPS
Continental US will be Shipped USPS or UPS
Shipping quotes will be given upon request.
